Forcing more workers to live here is a key item on the wish list of conditions.

The list is included in the Muswellbrook Shire Council submission to the state’s planning department.

Mayor Steve Reynolds said the company needs to make a more genuine effort to support the town.

Increased air quality monitoring is also being sought as a condition of consent.
