A new housing development in Muswellbrook has been given the go-ahead.
Muswellbrook Shire Council approved the development application for 9036 the New England Highway.
The site is on the southern side of the town just past the Broadlands Retirement Village.

The subdivision will eventually include 67 homes and a 110-place childcare centre.
