Singleton Council said they’re being duped out of vital housing infrastructure funding because of a bureaucratic miscalculation.
The State Government is offering extra funding to local government areas where the population is increasing such as Singleton.
But Mayor Sue Moore said for some reason the current figures have the town’s population declining, which is the opposite to reality.
