Regional Transport and Roads Minister Jenny Aitchison has defended her refusal to talk with Singleton Bypass War victims until they had settled their cases with her department.
A number of the local landholders have told the Hunter Valley Newsroom….the Minister refused to communicate with them once she got into government.
But Mrs Aitchison said she was restricted from doing so by the legal process.

“I’ve reached out to those people at the end of their process and asked for feedback,” she said.
“I’m having a meeting with one of them soon. I hope that we get more meetings.”
