This is episode 3 in an ongoing series on mental health awareness. Mental health of people has been kept quiet for too long. The lines of discussion need to be opened and we all need to know there is nothing wrong in asking for help.
Mental health in country and regional Australia is two to three times higher than those who live in the city. This is possibly for a couple of reasons. These are excuses and are of thinking that needs to change and change quickly.
