Chezzi Denyer and her husband Grant are ambassadors for Rural Aid and they've been on the ground helping out wherever they can.

The issue of mental health has increased dramatically in Bathurst where the Denyer family lives and it's the same right across drought-stricken NSW and Australia.

From filling out pages and pages of forms to only being able to put baked beans on the table, the drought is getting worse each day.

Jessica caught up with Chezzi to talk government assistance and the very real struggles for farmers across New South Wales.
