Air Quality & Air Pollution Research Study Place is not just a mark on a map. Place is about people, where spaces become places. Community members are invited to participate in the Air Quality and Air Pollution research Study to learn how Upper Hunter communities think about Air Quality and Air Pollution. We are seeking participants 18 years and above who are local to the Upper Hunter Valley to take part in a recorded interview about your views and experiences concerning air pollution. Ourcare Services Ltd in partnership with Singleton District Community Op Shop Inc. would like to announce a new service called The Transport to Treatment Program. This service provides NO-COST transportation for people of all ages living in the Singleton LGA who are undergoing ongoing medical treatment. To access the Transport to Treatment program individuals will first be required to have an assessment completed by Ourcare Services Ltd. Our club will be holding our second Charity Golf Day, following the success of the inaugural Golf Day held last year. The day will tee off at 8.30am, with registration starting at 7.30am. The competition is a nine-hole ambrose with four players per team. Entry is $200 per team of 4 players. Individuals can enter at $50 per person; we can help to place them into teams. The Golf Day will be held at the Scone Golf Club, Aberdeen Street, Scone. Get your friends together for a fun day out. There will be many prizes to be won.
