Denman has gotten their season back on track in Group 21 beating Muswellbrook 32-points-to-4.
The Devils put in a much improved performance at home after being smashed by competition front runners Scone the previous week.
Denman captain coach Liam Foran said a hard week at training working on defence and fitness really paid off.
In the other games....a second half points pile on has seen Scone run out easy 56-to-6 winners over Aberdeen in Group 21 rugby league action.
Despite being forced to field nine players who had gone around in reserve grade, the Tigers kept the competition leaders to 6-all through most of the first half.
A few tries in quick succession saw the Thoroughbreds lead 22-4 at the break.
Greta-Branxton defeated Singleton 26-14.
