A man has been flown to hospital after a motorcycling incident at Sandy Hollow.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by New South Wales Ambulance to a primary mission of the accident on the Golden Highway, where a 60-year-old man sustained spinal injuries.
The patient was treated on scene by NSWA paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team.
He was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
Emergency services including NSW Police and Fire and Rescue NSW were also in attendance.
