Singleton's Caledonian Hotel have received another round of fines, making it twice in two days for breaching COVID-19 rules.
The licensee of the Upper Hunter pub was originally fined on Monday over his failure to comply with the double vaccination rules after allowing unvaccinated patrons on the premise.
Police returned the next day and handed another round of Personal Infringement Notices (PIN) to the 57-year-old for failing to comply with government direction.
A 54-year-old employee was also handed a PIN during the inquiries for being present and working at the venue without a full vaccination.
The issued PINs were personal penalties and were not issued against the Caledonian Hotel business itself.
Officers have reminded the licensee of his obligations under the Public Health Act.
Radio Hunter Valley has reached out to the Caledonian Hotel but they have since refused to comment.
The pub has been vocal on social media to express their criticisms on the new government rules.
In a Facebook Post, the pub has used hashtags including 'unitedwestand' and 'freeaustralia.'
They have also stated the rules cane be "described as an evil and disgusting act being carried out upon our fellow citizens."
