New data released by PropTrack has indicated a surge in buyer demand for one Upper Hunter suburb.
SIingleton ranks seventh in the state, with a 103 per cent increase in the number of property enquiries in the past twelve months.
Narrandera in the state’s Riverina topped the list at 119 per cent.

Also in the top ten was Dubbo, Cowra and South Bathurst.
SINingleton also has the second-highest median house value amongst the top ten, at $737,000.
