Upper Hunter REZ map released on road upgrades

A detailed map has been released this morning on highway upgrades through the Upper Hunter for the movement of giant wind turbine parts.

A map, outlining the 19 highway upgrades from the Port of Newcastle to the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ), is now available.

Regional Transport and Roads Minister Jenny Aitchison said a total of $128.5 million has been allocated for the upgrades.
