The driver of a Landcruiser towing a caravan has learned his fate after pleading guilty to being responsible for the death of a truck driver.
The 41 year-old victim died after being involved in a crash between SUV and two trucks on the New England Highway at Wingen on April 4 this year.
63-year-old Weston Francis Doley from Maitland has been sentenced to a two year Community Corrections Order, banned from getting behind the wheel for 18 months and fined $1000.

Scone Local Court was previously told Doley’s failed to give way to a semi-trailer, even though there were warning signs and road markings
