A man in his 30s is in a critical condition after being electrocuted while operating machinery near Singleton.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to Scotts Flat just after 9am on Thursday, 28 August. The man was electrocuted when the machinery he was working in came into contact with powerlines.
He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition.
