Liddell bound solar company to sack 35 staff

The company set to establish a solar panel manufacturing plant in the Upper Hunter is reportedly going to sack 35 staff.

Sydney-based SunDrive Solar signed a deal with AGL for the facility at Liddell with much fanfare including a visit by the PM Anthony Albanese.

Industry publication Renew Economy reports SunDrive has also announced senior management changes “as it gears up for its next phase of commercialisation.
