A date has been set to debate whether to hold a NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into the actions of the DPP and Mental Health Review Tribunal in connection to the killing of a former Muswellbrook schoolgirl.
10-year-old Brigette ‘Biddy’ Porter was killed in 2020 on a property in State’s central west.
Her murderer is being held in a forensic medical facility.

A petition on the State Parliament website gained 21,550 signatures from NSW residents. A separate one gained another 20,000 from interstate.
The issue will be debated in the house this Thursday.
