A man will face Scone Local Court next month after leading police on a high-speed chase through the Upper Hunter.
Police say the 26-year-old failed to stop at a stationary R-B-T Testing Site last weekend in Mayne Street Murrurundi.
The claim he drove towards Willow Tree reaching speeds over 175km/h.

He was eventually captured on Merriwa Road in Willow Tree.
He was subjected to a roadside breath test, returning a positive result. A further breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.173.
