The father of one of the Greta Bus Crash victims says he and his family are devastated manslaughter charges can not be put back on the table in the criminal trial connected to the tragedy.
The DPP agreed to drop the 10 manslaughter charges in a plea deal with the man accused of causing the crash.
Yesterday Matt Mullen met with Attorney-General Michael Daley to ask for the move to be reconsidered.

Mr Mullen has told the Hinter Valley Newsroom…the trip to Sydney for the meeting was fruitless.
