Upper Hunter residents have a chance to learn more about the New England Renewable Energy Zone this week, with EnergyCo bringing its mobile office to Muswellbrook and Scone for community drop-in sessions.
The mobile office will be at Muswellbrook Library today, Tuesday 9 June, from 11am to 4pm. It then moves to the Upper Hunter Shire Council Chambers in Scone on Wednesday 10 June, also from 11am to 4pm. No appointment is required for either session.
Residents are encouraged to drop in to get the latest updates on the New England REZ, ask questions and share feedback with EnergyCo representatives.
Those unable to attend in person can access more information and share feedback through the New England REZ online engagement portal at energyco.nsw.gov.au.
