A teenager has been airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle after an accident with a nail gun at Upper Dartbrook.
The incident was called through to emergency triple zero yesterday morning.
New South Wales Ambulance paramedics called in the Westpac Rescue Chopper after arriving on scene to find the male with a serious eye injury.
