A teenager is recovering after sustaining head injuries in a motorbike fall.
The incident occurred at the Liddell Speedway Motocross Track late yesterday morning.
He was assessed and stabilised at the track by NSW Ambulance paramedics before the Westpac Rescue Chopper arrived and flew him down to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.
