A Magistrate has granted prosecutors access to the employment and medical records of the man charged over the deaths of ten people in the Greta Bus Crash.
Brett Andrew Button was not required to appear when the matter came up for brief mention in Newcastle Local Court yesterday.
The 58-year-old remains on bail ahead of his next appearance on August 9.
