Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in fostering and maintaining a strong culture of quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and person-centred care across NDIS and Support at Home services. This position coordinates quality assurance activities, oversees compliance with relevant legislation, standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery and reduce risk.

Working collaboratively with staff, management, participants, clients, and external stakeholders, the Coordinator supports audits, incident and feedback management, documentation, quality reporting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through these efforts, the role helps ensure the delivery of safe, effective, respectful, and high-quality care and support.
