The Caledonian Hotel is looking for two Chefs or experienced Cooks to join our busy Bistro team in Singleton. We are open to applicants with experience in Thai cuisine, Western/Australian bistro cooking, traditional pub meals, or a combination of styles. The role will involve preparing and cooking meals during lunch and dinner service, maintaining consistent food quality and presentation, assisting with preparation and kitchen organisation, and working as part of our existing kitchen team. We’re particularly interested in people who enjoy bringing new ideas to the kitchen, including fresh menu items and regularly changing specials. A variety of shifts are available, with ongoing hours for the right applicants.
