Business Administration trainee

You will complete a Certificate III Business Administration over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with the Host Employer.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

Assist with incoming telephone inquiries and customer service
Carry out data entry and processing tasks
Correspond with members and stakeholders
Use email and computer based data management systems
Assist staff with all other administrative functions in an office environment

Skill Required

Ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to both on and off the job training
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work safely and follow instructions
Polite and friendly demeanour, with a client/customer focus
Strong comprehension and problem solving skills
Sound computer, systems and telephone skills
Excellent communication skills
P1 drivers licence or higher
