The Role

As part of the Hollydene group Vines is fully supported with property, administration, cellar door and marketing staff. Vines have a good local front of house staff and kitchen hands, a mature age and apprentice. Your role is to support the current Restaurant Manager by supervising in the day to day runnings of a busy restaurant/cellar door/function/wedding facility with potential to move into temp Restaurant Manager role.

Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
Can do attitude and a willingness to learn
Staff training and mentoring
RSA required
General restaurant job requirements
Weekends availability a must
Barista experience preferred
Typical week is Thursday - Monday with one weekend off a month
No night work! (except for functions)

Skill Required

Customer service
Barista skills (preferred but not essential)
Basic social media marketing (preferred but not essential)
Hardworking, reliable, high standard of personal presentation.
