Rotary Club of Scone

Do you know someone who has ended up in Maitland hospital and their family has had to stay overnight? Do you travel back and forwards to Maitland for treatment? There is a hope in sight for the over 70% of those who travel to the hospital from the Upper Hunter. The Maitland Rotary Clubs have joined to raise funds to build accommodation for those who live over 100 km from the new Maitland hospital. They have been invited by Scone Rotary and Scone and District CWA to give a presentation at Scone Bowling Club on Wednesday 22nd April – 5.30 for 6.00pm. Since it will impact on Upper Hunter people, it is important that we are informed and involved. Please come along and learn about what is planned, what the benefits will be for us and how we might be involved in the future.
