Hunter IDPWD Community Fun Day Cessnock

The Hunter region is coming together to celebrate International Day of People with Disability (IDPWD) and you’re invited to join us at the Hunter IDPWD Community Fun Day on Tuesday, 3 December.

All members of the community – individuals, families, local businesses, schools, support providers, and more – are invited to join in a day of fun, connection and celebration of people with disability and our inclusive Hunter community. 

This event is proudly organised by local disability employment, NDIS and allied health providers as well as community organisations, offering a unique opportunity for everyone to gather, enjoy live entertainment, games, sessions, stalls and prizes in an inclusive setting. 

The Hunter IDPWD Community Fun Day is the region’s flagship event to celebrate International Day of People with Disability. Now in its fourth year, the 2024 event is expected to be the largest yet.
