TransCare Hunter Ltd

TransCare Hunter Limited is a not-for-profit organisation providing support and services to people residing in the Muswellbrook Shire Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council areas.

We are a registered provide for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and for Home Care Packages (HCP).

These programs are designed to support older people to live in their own homes for as long as possible.

TransCare also operates the Community Transport Program running local bus services between towns across the region as a registered provider for Transport for NSW.
