Key Responsibilities:

🍻 Beverage Service & Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced club environment.
• Pour beers, mix spirits, and prepare quality coffee and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area, including fridges, glassware, and service stations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back.

🎰 Gaming & Wagering Operations

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of gaming and wagering facilities.
• Process TAB and Keno transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to basic gaming machine issues and assist with jackpot payouts.
• Ensure gaming areas remain clean, organised, and inviting for patrons.

💰 Cash Handling & Compliance

• Operate POS systems and process cash, EFTPOS, and other transactions.
• Balance tills and maintain accurate cash records.
• Uphold RSA requirements, including ID checks and responsible service practices.
• Support responsible gambling initiatives by adhering to RSG requirements and self-exclusion procedures.
