Denman has emerged as one of the state’s hottest lottery hotspots, with new figures from The Lott showing the Upper Hunter town shared the top spot among NSW postcodes for division one wins during the past financial year.
Eleven NSW postcodes each sold two division one winning entries during FY26, with Denman among the standout regional performers. The town’s two winning entries were worth a combined 3.5 million dollars, including an individual top prize of 2.5 million dollars.
Adding to Denman’s bragging rights, Triple J’s General Store and Newsagency was one of only two lottery outlets in the state to sell two division one winning entries during the financial year.
