Mental, social and emotional well-being will all be on the table as Upper Hunter men are encouraged to gather over a meal and chat about the highs and lows of their lives.
It comes after a funding grant from the Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation, allowing the Men’s Table to expand into Muswellbrook and Cessnock.
The Men’s Table CEO David Pointon said this funding is set to help combat social isolation and mental
health challenges faced by Upper Hunter blokes.
“The Men’s Table is all about creating a safe place for men to share, connect, and support each
other, and we are so grateful to NPCF for helping us bring this support to the Upper Hunter.”
