MUSWELLBROOK PHYSICAL CULTURE STARTS AGAIN FOR ANOTHER EXCITING YEAR

17 years in and Muswellbrook Physical Culture or physie – the sport for girls and ladies will commence again on Monday February 6^th.

It teaches ladies and girls from 3 years up a combination of dance, aerobics and gymnastics set to modern music.

Information days will be held at the Muswellbrook Marketplace from 4pm on Thursday February 2^nd and outside Harvey Norman in Muswellbrook from 11am on Saturday February 4^th.

FISHING COMPETITION IN DENMAN FEB 11TH AND 12TH

Get those reels out! Come out to the Denman Upper Hunter River Classic fishing competition on February 11^th and 12^th.

Registration starts at 6am at 12 Ogilvie Street Denman – there will be fantastic prizes for the longest bass, mullet, carp, catfish and eel.

RELAY FOR LIFE - CELEBRATE, REMEMBER & FIGHT CANCER

Following five successful events, Relay For Life is returning to Muswellbrook in March.

The event will take place over the weekend of 31^st March and 1^st April at Weeraman Sports Fields to Celebrate, Remember and Fight Back against cancer.

This amazing fundraising event and the community are being invited to put a team in and get involved.

Each year around 20,000 people take part in Relay for Life events across the state.

It’s a fun, outdoor and overnight fundraising event where teams of 10 to 15 people take turns to walk around the oval.
